Introduce yourself!
Hello, I’m Andee, and I’m the founder of Off:form, a community execution agency in Singapore birthed out of a run club. We do a lot of brand activations, basically combining fashion, movement, and culture into the work that we do.
That’s awesome! Is this something you’ve always wanted to do? How did it all start?
I’ve always been in the creative space—I studied Arts Management, I was a dancer, and I love music, fitness, wellness, and community building. Over the years, I did many things separately, and last year I thought, “You know what? Maybe it’s nice to put all of these things together.” I was running a lot at the time, so we started a run club, and everything just kind of fell into place!
How would you describe your personal style, and what inspires it?
My style is a mix of things that bring back memories and pieces from independent or regional brands. Today, my top is from Leisure Project, a Bangkok brand. I wore it today as an homage to the founder and creative director, Nat, who was a personal friend and unfortunately passed away this year.
My pants are from a cute multi-label street fashion store in Vietnam, and my bandana is a collaboration between my brand, Off:form, and a tattoo artist named Coyboy. I also love wearing pieces with history, like my thrifted watch from my early 20s and my wedding ring. For footwear, I’m wearing the Asics x Kiko sport-style lifestyle shoes—they’re purely fashion shoes rather than running shoes, but they have great details!
Any stories about your ink?
Yes! Coyboy also did my arm tattoo. I do have a story! I asked him to design a sort of movement and dance-related piece because I was a dancer. He said he took a picture of two people dancing and he kind of expanded and started drawing, then it turned out to be this!
For my bicep, this is actually my first tattoo and it’s a big one. It was supposed to be a smaller one at first. I don’t even know why I wanted mountains. The tattoo artist asked me “Have you climbed mountains?” And I said “No.” (laughs) I just like the shape and form and thought it fit nicely on the arm!
What are you most grateful for this year, and what are you looking forward to in 2027?
I’m really grateful for being able to build Off:form into a safe space for people, challenging the norms in the way we do things and think, and finding a sense of belonging with like-minded people. For next year, I hope we will be able to find more people like us and do even crazier, out-of-the-box things!
