Negeen likes a look that can transition from day to night, and we see that clearly translated in her outfit today. “I like to dress up and look professional but also fashionable,” she says. “I usually go out after work for dinner or drinks.” She pairs her sleek pencil skirt, with a striking zipper detail in the front, with a simple tank top and classic pointed heels; throw on a jacket or blazer and she’s all ready for a corporate meeting. Describing her style as sophisticated boho-chic, Negeen says the one thing she can’t stand is when girls wear ‘clubbing heels’ to work. It seems that classic and understated are also two words to describe her look, and she has to make sure that whatever she wears is versatile enough for the nature of her job. “I’m always networking and meeting with new people every day, and going for client meetings around the city.” Originally from San Francisco, the self-professed Cali girl has been in Singapore for just a year. “I enjoy travelling, jogging, and shopping, of course!”
