An engineer at the top of his game by day, and a DJ who spins to a packed-out dance floor by night; a celebrated chef who also finds time to run her own fashion line; an established lawyer who also owns a pottery studio; a tailor who’s best in the business and, on the side, plays in a local band; a renowned designer who also creates intricate desserts; a respected journalist who serves up hearty fare in his own restaurant. Unconstrained, undefinable, and untaggable—know someone similar to whom we’re talking about?
