While it might not seem like the most obvious of choices, green can be a versatile addition to any wardrobe—with its many shades and hues, it actually has the ability to suit a variety of skin tones. Dressing in an understated olive highlights tanned complexions, while a rich, deep emerald can be flattering to those with fairer skin, and also add some punch to the usual black pencil skirt without losing any seriousness. On the lighter side of things, brighter hues of mint, seafoam and turquoise can freshen up a classic blazer or the tried-and-tested two-piece combo. Take it from these examples—it is easy being green.
