At Sunset

We caught Kristie as she was leaving the office, her striking yellow top standing out in the crowd even in the dimming light of the evening. We see a bit of a menswear inspiration in the bottom half of her look, in the tailored pants and loafer-like shoes. The rest of her ensemble is more feminine, with the yellow top, discreet earrings and side-swept hair balancing out the look. “I wouldn’t say I have a particular style,” Kristie says. “I wear what I like, but for me, the material and the cut of the clothes is the most important.” This is seen in the slightly oversized fit of her pants, and the wide shoulders and V-neckline of her blouse, both in luxe-looking fabric. She does make sure that she looks presentable when she has to meet clients for work, however. “My favourite part of my job is getting to meet people,” she says, and it’s clear that she does it in impeccable style.
