What was the last holiday you went on?
I went to Moscow, Russia, because I didn’t feel like I would have time to go for such a long trip after I started my job. I’m hoping to go to Brazil next year, when I’ve collected more days of leave.
What’s one show you’d recommend everyone to watch?
House of Flower. It’s a Mexican show and the premise begins with a murder within a seemingly tight-knit family—every good show starts off with a murder—and the whole plot starts to unravel.
If you could explore deep underwater or space, which one would you choose?
Probably underwater. We’ve only discovered 1% of the world’s oceans, and I’m sure there’s much more to discover underneath us before we even try to look outside.
If you had the chance to relive any day of your life, which day would it be?
The day I turned 21. I think there was a sort of invincible feeling, as if I could do anything, despite being broke back then.
Did you have a dream occupation growing up?
I’ve always liked parasites and I’d love to study them more, but it doesn’t make you too much money. We’re all sell-outs at the end of the day (laughs).
If you could talk to any historical figure, who would it be?
The scientist who discovered the existence of parasites. You have to be so certain of your own knowledge to label it a parasite, because it’s such a different life form compared to other beings.
