Quiet Rebel

Kelly calls herself a “pretty boring person.” “During my free time I just like to meet my friends, or sit down and have a nice cup of coffee,” she says. “And watch drama shows, because it’s hard to find a time to watch them at work.” Boring is hardly the word that comes to mind when we first see her, however; in a deconstructed white shirt and flared culottes, paired with punk-inspired accessories and shoes, Kelly oozes cool. “My style is usually louder and edgier than on work days,” she says. Personal styling is something she loves to do, both for other people, and for herself as well, it seems—her unusual hobby is “finding all sorts of way to spend money”, she says, laughing. “After all the hard work, doting on myself is important.” Nonetheless, she tries to remain grounded, and says her personal motto in life is: “Be contented, and live the life you’re in.”
