What do you like to do in your free time?
Netflix and chill! (laughs) I’m currently watching a documentary called Wild Wild Country, about a cult, and before that I was watching a documentary about Scientology.

If you could live in a TV show, what would it be?
That ‘70s Show. I love vintage stuff, the sense of nostalgia, and the lifestyle then. I think I would be great friends with Jackie.

Role models?
It’s clichéd, but I have to say my mum. She’s a working mother, a teacher in a kindergarten and a secondary school, and now she’s working with children with dyslexia. I’ve heard all her stories from parents and students, and her life story in general makes her the most inspiring person I know.

Guilty pleasures:
I love cheese, and sleeping in way too much. I could probably spend an entire day in bed, it’s probably not healthy but that’s how I am.

If you could invite anyone to dinner, who would it be and why?
Freddie Mercury, Jake Gyllenhaal, and my boyfriend. I’m a big fan of Freddie Mercury, and Jake Gyllenhaal is my boyfriend’s man-crush, so I just want my boyfriend to meet Freddie, and also be normal in front of Jake. I think that would be a very fun dinner, and of course we’d end it off by singing Bohemian Rhapsody together.

Funniest thing you’ve heard recently:
Everything my colleague Ashley says. I’m from Sabah, so he’ll make up these stories about me—when I say I’m taking a bus to school, he’ll say I’m actually on an elephant.
