Tongue Twister

I work as a translator-interpreter in a Japanese company.
I previously worked at another Japanese company that dealt in entertainment events like concerts and press interviews, and I found the job through my university classmate who had posted a job offer online. That experience was rewarding and I decided to continue in a similar vein of work.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I don’t think it’s a superpower, but I’d like to be able to not let my emotions show as easily. It’s not easy for me to hide my emotions, so maybe it’d be a valuable tool for workplace survival.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what are some things you’d like to have with you?
Clean water, a wi-fi router, and a working phone.

If you could create an advertisement for yourself, what would the tagline be?
“Tissues not included”. I get a runny nose quite often, and I’m someone who cries easily.

If you could switch lives with anyone in the world for a day, who would it be and why?
A stray cat. They lead simple lives, they’re so relaxed and people always want to feed and pet them.

If you could change one thing about your past, what would it be?
I’d choose not to take school so seriously, and spend more time outside finding myself and developing hobbies.
