I always believe that if someone or something matters and is important, you will make time. So, it’s really not about having time — it’s about making time." Juliana says.

“Strictly prioritise and allocate your days. You'll be able to slot in your different appointments easily once you have a basic schedule,” Elaine says. “Also, in the midst of the chaos, allocate personal time for yourself.”
