We met Jenny while she was back in town for her summer break. The Indonesian studied fashion in Singapore before going on to school in London, and says she counts the British city as her favourite place.

Julia meets a lot of different people in the course of her work, so she finds it important to dress appropriately.

Jeraldine is a fashion designer, and says that the most gratifying part of her work is seeing her designs come to life.

“No matter how I’m feeling, as long as I put on my dance shoes and step into the dance studio, my mood is lifted. It’s my form of escapism,” Melody says.
