“I’ve been a cabin crew for five years and I still find jet lag quite tough to deal with, but I just have to tahan (endure)! That said, I do enjoy long haul flights as I get to spend time with my crew mates. The longest flight I’ve been on was from Singapore to New York, which takes about 18 hours on average.”
