When it comes to dressing appropriately for work, Helena speaks from experience. She works in marketing in the construction and engineering industry, which means that she meets clients in vastly differing workplaces.
"It's a luxury to switch my brain off and not talk to anyone. If not, then I'll most likely be spending time with my friends or family over a hearty meal or drinks. I always believe that if someone or something matters and is important, you will make time. So, it’s really not about having time — it’s about making time." Juliana says.
“Strictly prioritise and allocate your days. You'll be able to slot in your different appointments easily once you have a basic schedule,” Elaine says. “Also, in the midst of the chaos, allocate personal time for yourself.”
